Return policy or exchange policy?

RENEEBELLE WIGS is committed to customer satisfaction. Customer service is the foundation of our brand. Due to the nature of the products, health reasons, the time and effort we put into the production and to enable us to provide all customers with top quality products at affordable prices, we do not offer exchange, returns or refunds except it is defective upon receipt of receiving the product,which never happens because we always make sure quality assurance testings are done on the product before they leave our factory.x.o


If the haircare& Skincare product is defective upon receipt of receiving it, please contact us immediately, we might ask you to send some evidences which we might use in determining and inform our decision. If it is quality issue or we shipped a wrong order to you and it is confirmed, we will send you the return address. Kindly note that we will not pay the return shipping fee and we advise you choose USPS as the shipping company to send your order back so as to make it easy for us to sort.


After receiving the returned products, we will inspect and send you a mail to let you know we have received it. If we are to make a replacement, we will make a replacement depending on stock availability, if that product is not in stock or available, a refund will be issued. If an item is damaged by buyer, we will not take blame in any form and it is not subject to  exchange or refund.


All of our products are thoroughly inspected ,double checked  and their pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse, to be shipped out to you in order to ensure consistency and quality assurance.We do not accept exchange unless we send you a wrong order or your item is defective upon receiving it .If a wrong item is sent, it must still be in the original state it was received by you. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will be glad to attend to you.

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship Worldwide. All of our products ship from the USA via USPS and DHL. All orders are processed in 8-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays and go up to 12-15 business days during peak season. We try our best to ship out most of our orders before 10 business days.

While shipping and delivery times varies between 3-5 days within the USA.
We work 9am-5pm, Mondays- Fridays. Orders bought after 5pm will be treated as next business day Order. E.g Order bought on friday 5:20pm will be treated as Monday order.Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, processing times may vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Orders: On orders outside of the USA, items will ship after processing 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays and delivery can take up to 4-10 business days depending on our official couriers.
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by RENEEBELLE WIGS.
Once your order completes the initial manufacturing processing, a tracking No. is generated (It may take a few days for the tracking to be updated because we gather a whole lot of orders which has to be inspected and shipped out in batches.) From the day the tracking No. is generated, it will take 2-5 days to arrive to your address depending on the shipping method you choose. Shipping times will vary based on many factors, especially depending on your location. Around this time you would then receive an email with your tracking number to check for status of your order.

     Problems with incorrect address& different names on billing and shipping address
 We do not in any way entertain orders with different names&address for billing and shipping on the same order. IF PAYING BY "CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD" YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH ON THE CARD ISSUED BY YOUR BANK. IF YOU KEEP GETTING YOUR TRANSACTION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL DUE TO FAILED AVS VERIFICATION, THIS OCCURS WHEN A CUSTOMER ENTERS A BILLING ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE ADDRESS ON THIER CARD STATEMENT FOR THIER SHIPPING ADDRESS. THIS ADDRESS VERIFICATION SYSTEM CHECK IS PUT IN PLACE TO HELP PREVENT UNATHORIZED USE OF CREDIT  CARDS AND TO ALSO MINIMIZE CHARGE BACK OCCURRENCES. WE KINDLY ADVISE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE THEY USE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS AS USED ON THIER CARD AND MATCHES WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.

If by any chance we have orders like that,we would cancel the order or send it to the billing name and billing address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Incorrect Address are not subject to change after the order has been placed. Kindly Check and double check that the address you input at checkout is the address you want your order delivered to.

       Faqs on Confirmation email
Typically you will receive a confirmation email immediately you make an order, but in some cases please allow up to 3 hours for it to arrive.Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you're still unable to get your confirmation email, please send an email to   obabeautybrand@gmail.com  and we'll be happy to assist you.
                                  
  How to track  your packages?
After your order has been processed,and ready to be shipped out, you will receive a tracking number. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and visit www.usps.com or DHL depending on the shipper you choose at checkout. From there you can paste in the tracking number in the appropriate search box. USPS and DHL usually has the most up to date current information about your package's whereabouts after it has left our company. 

                      Why do I have two tracking numbers?
Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, items may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability. However know that, you were not double billed and you didn't receive a wrong order. We sometimes ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
                                                                      
Can I cancel my order?
YES you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email at obabeautybrand@gmail.com  with your order number and  a cancellation fee of $10 will be applied for skin care products and $50 for our special collections.
