All orders are shipped FREE! (United States Only)

Current Processing Time is 4 -6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. While processing time for braided wigs is 15 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We work very hard around the clock to make sure that most orders are shipped in 10 days.
 After processing your order, you will receive your invoice and once your order is ready,you will receive your tracking number and your package is sent out for shipment. All orders placed after 5:01pm Eastern Standard time are considered the next business day orders. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping Delays
we advise you not to wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a specific deadline you would like your order to be available to you, We kindly advise you order well in advance to give room for unforeseen delays and circumstances. The delivery estimate we provide to you is based on the information received from our shipping carriers. We work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and any orders received after 5pm is going to be treated as next business day order. We are not to be  held responsible for late shipments delays due to our carrier, holidays,or bad weather. Please also bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating shipping times.We assign and consign our shipping carrier for prompt delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed,there will be no reimbursement of shipping fees. 
You will get an email with your tracking number when your order is available to be shipped.Most often,We create labels several days in advance, prior to taking them to our shipper.Your tracking number may not show any progress for some days. THIS IS NORMAL. It only gives us time to triple check perfection of each unit,make sure they are in the right packaging,and also gather several orders to ship at once. We appreciate you for your understanding and patience.

Incorrect Shipping Address/ Failed Deliveries.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.Incorrect Address are not subject to change after the order has been placed. Kindly Check and double check that the address you input at checkout is the address you want it delivered to. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please double check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the address information,Apt No,Full address,Ur Zip code etc. needed to properly deliver your package is included in your order.The courier service will only ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is complete and very accurate in order for your units to be delivered to you. If there is need for any change like address change or correction from you, after your order has been shipped. You will be charged the additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction. If your parcel is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA either USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE), AND DHL EXPRESS, WE DO NOT SHIP WITH ANY OTHER SHIPPING CARRIERS NOT LISTED HERE. OUR DHL SHIPMENTS COME WITH A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. WE ONLY SHIP YOUR ORDER ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED BY PAYPAL AND THE BILLING ADDRESS CONFIRMED IF YOU ARE  PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. SHIPPING TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION IN THE USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via DHL. It takes 3-5 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose. If your country is listed on the drop down menu on the checkout page then we ship to your country if your country is not listed then we don't ship to your country.
IF PAYING BY PAYPAL WE ASK OUR CLIENTS ORDERING TO HAVE AN ACTIVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT. ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES, SO WE DO RECOMMEND ALL CLIENTS CONFIRM ADDRESSES VIA PAYPAL BEFORE ORDERING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURES TO CONFIRM OR UPDATE YOUR CURRENT PAYPAL ADDRESSES. YOU DO NOT NEED/SIGNUP FOR A PAYPAL ACCOUNT SIMPLY IGNORE THE PAYPAL SIGNUP AREA AND CLICK ON "CHECKOUT WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD" AND YOU CAN ENTER YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS.
IF PAYING BY "CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD" YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH ON THE CARD ISSUED BY YOUR BANK. IF YOU KEEP GETTING YOUR TRANSACTION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL DUE TO FAILED AVS VERIFICATION, THIS OCCURS WHEN A CUSTOMER ENTERS A BILLING ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE ADDRESS ON THIER CARD STATEMENT FOR THIER SHIPPING ADDRESS.
